How enquiries are handled.

Updated 4 November 2026

What you send

The form collects your name, work email, company, and whether you need capacity or operate it. Buyers can also send a location, capacity in racks, kW, or MW, deployment timing, and a note. Operators can send markets, infrastructure types, and a note. Location, capacity, and timing can be left blank or answered with "Not sure yet."

Why we use it

We use an enquiry to reply and to decide whether we can help. For a buyer, that means looking for suitable operators and helping compare availability, specifications, and commercial terms. We may share the relevant parts of a requirement with an operator when we make that introduction. We do not sell contact details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Where it goes

The form emails the enquiry to sales@megvia.com through our email provider, Resend. Your address is the reply-to, so the answer comes back to you. We keep that email while we work on the enquiry and as a record of it. Write to sales@megvia.com if you want it deleted.

Repeated submissions

The server reads the request address only to slow repeated submissions. That check stays in memory and is not stored as a profile.

Measurement

Pages load a Google tag (AW-18547699344) to measure visits. After a buyer enquiry is accepted, the page also sends that submission to Google Ads as a conversion. Operator enquiries are not sent. The tag can store a cookie and send technical data, such as the page address, to Google. If you submit a lead form on Google, Google sends us the details you enter so we can reply. We handle that information the same way as an enquiry sent through this site.
